  1.   WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY ? ( Our refund policy is straight forward. If you’re not happy with the outcome after we’ve reported your initial rent history, simply contact us  within 7 days and we’ll provide a full refund. When a refund is issued, we will also remove your rent history from your credit report.)

HOW MANY POINTS DO RENT REPORTING USUALLY INCREASE MY SCORE ? ( Rent reporting can have a positive impact on your credit score, but the exact amount it increases depends on a few factors, like your current credit profile and how well you manage your rent payments. On average, people see an increase of about 40 to 60 points. However, some users might see even larger jumps, especially if they have limited credit history or if their payment history with rent is strong
  3. WHAT IF I MOVE TO A NEW HOME ? ( We’re unable to overlap your leases, and your previous lease will be marked as paid and closed. Additionally, we cannot report a secondary lease. There are no setup costs to add a new lease, and when the new lease is added, the rental history will be verified.)
  4. WHAT IF MY CREDIT REPORT HAVE A FREEZE ON IT? (When your credit report is frozen, the credit bureau has restricted access to your file, preventing updates like your rent payment history from being added. It also stops anyone from pulling your credit report.
  5. To lift the freeze, you’ll need to contact TransUnion at (800) 916-8800 or Equifax at (888) 378-4329. They will walk you through the steps to unfreeze your credit. RentReporters is unable to remove the freeze for you.)
